Select Scheduled Recording/Number Filtering check box
to set the call recording time schedule and calling number
to be filtered.
You can set the priority for Scheduled Recording.
Date priority
Number Priority
Duration Priority
Extension Priority
Agent Priority
You can change the order by clicking the Up and Down
buttons.
A priority selected and moved to the top by clicking the
„Up‟ button, the system will check the selected criteria as
first priority and rest will be prioritized in the order they
are arranged.
Define the numbers to be filtered or recorded.
To filter a number, check the Filter radio button.
Add:-You need to type the number, select filter
criteria and click the Add/Update button, to add
it to the filter criteria.
Update:-For updating, select a number that you
had already saved from the „Number to be
filtered‟ drop-down list and update it to another
filter criteria; then click Add/Update to update.
To record a number, check the Record radio button.
Add:-You need to type the number, select filter
criteria and click the Add/Update button to add it
to the recording criteria.
Update:-For updating, select a number that you
had already saved from the „Number to be
filtered‟ drop-down list, select filter criteria and
click Add/Update to update.
